Hi all,

i have a slow leak at the faucet in my Head. I need to replace the hot water cartridge but can not for the life of me figure out who manufactuered the faucet. The Searay Parts guide tells me it is this:

1772520 FAUCET/SHOWER, BRUSHED NCKL/CHR PULLOUT

I think its the same faucet that is used in the Heads of all the sport cruisers from 2006-2009. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

I have the same problem, hopefully we get an answer soon

Don't quote me on this but if memory serves me right it is manufactured by Groh. Not sure if the spelling is correct.

Probably a Grohe. Just did my cartridge on my Grohe shower head slow leak, its a plastic cartridge was $125

Found out from Searay that the original facuet has not been made for a long time. The Searay part numbers has been superseeded by part #2040014 wich is manufacturered by a different company than the original part in my particular boat. Searay part number 2040014 is a product manufactured by ITC. Their part number is 97656-CP, which I still have not been able to find.

I did have a local plumber take my hot water cartrdge apart. The cartridge is a self seating unit with 2 O rings inside the cartridge which are not visable from the outside. he replaced those rings for me and i am happy to say i have no more slow leak.

The brand is an off brand, imported for SR and a bunch of other boat and RV companies. I ended up replacing mine, the manufacturer I did find but they wanted more than the faucet was worth to fix it.
