I think it is when they put concrete stripes on the ground so you know where the airport is....
just kiddin...
That is Akron Fulton Airport and that is the original Goodyear air dock currently occupied by Lockheed Martin in the back ground.My son's in laws lease the airport and he does the ground mechanics and ground maintenance there.

Whats crazy is looking at that "tiny" Metlife blimp and the look at the size of the hanger! Those old airships were massive!
