Bad Smell

I have a 2007 44ft Sedan Bridge, and there is a bad smell coming from the fresh water tank / faucets. And where can I buy a new fresh water filter???

Drain the fresh water tank, add 1 ounce of household laundry bleach per 10 gallon tank capacity, refill, drain and repeat letting it sit overnight (at least). A good boat ride for agitation is a plus. drain and refill. Check to see if you still have the odor. You may have to drain and refill a few times to remove the chlorine odor from the bleach. If the foul odor is still present, double the dose of bleach and repeat (leave it in th'e tank longer). Clean all of the faucet aerators (screens) too! I can't help you on the filter issue.
