Hey everyone...Glad to be back here after quite a hiatus due to a home sale, moving, etc and some remodeling prior to moving into the new home along with studies related to my MBA.

Haven't had time to get on here nearly as much as I would like as much as I would like but now I'm back and look forward to getting back on the water soon!

Welcome back! Great boat - I couldn't find a 4.3L here in Central Florida when I bought my 2006. Wonder what the gas mileage difference is with the price of fuel now...

YEAH....Not really funn at all.
Long story short is we had 4 buyers for our previous home and all four could not secure proper financing. We are not talking mansion size home either, 250 ish....Listed in July and had first bite in early August...three more buyers and finally closed in the middle of March.
We made a decision to close on the newer home and risk it, so we did on the last week of Dec....We are really glad we did and love out new home...can almost walk to our slip now!!!!!
 
Worked out well in the end, always a bonus...walking to the slip, I'm jealous. Just hauled mine back to the house yesterday. Re-commissioned for Spring and running great, now just need to clean the filthy girl. I can walk to her now :) (in my driveway), but without water under her it's just like dangling candy in front of kid and telling him he can't have it :( Splashing next week though!

Yes, After we trash his house thats where we'll end up to trash his boat also. :lol:
