Hi

New to this forum and new sea ray 200 ov owner.
this weekend i bought a 1994 200ov, i cannot figure how the back to back seats is suposed to worke, i Think somthing is missing at the button of the seats, in the box under the senats there are some Black plastic components it looks like some keine off sliding ore guide ?
can some one please post a picture offvorking sea toer describe the funktion ?

thanks in advance

Check/look on the outboard side of each seat for oblong-shaped, black, plastic knobs. Those adjust the tension of how easily the seat slides. There should be two for each seat, but sometimes they either go missing or break off. The whole seat can be slid forward or backwards, in addition to laying down. On the inboard side of the seat (look directly in the center of the two seats, underneath) there is a spring clip that you release to allow the seat to slide.

Some bad diy job, so i need to know how the slide system works.

Ah... that's not was I was expecting. My mistake. For that system to work, you simply pull up on the area that would be behind your knee and pull it out. Lift that edge of the seat about 45* (give or take) and pull - it will slide open. Do the same thing to the other side to get the seat completely flat.

But, it appears you are missing the posts that would stick into the black channel. You could check with manufacturers like Wise or Attwood to see if you can get parts.
