B3 shifter in forward

Somehow my shift lever for stbd side is in forward. I suspect that when last loading on the trailer I shut it down while in gear. I know this was discussed on CSR but can't seem to find what I'm looking for while searching. Any tips on a fix are appreciated.

If the neutral safety switch was bypassed and the engine was started in gear do you think it would then be 'shiftable'?

Absolutely, and you would be doing the next owner a favor to leave it bypassed.
