B&G Network ACP Pilot

I have a 1999 420 Aft . It has B&G Network ACP Pilot.
Has anyone replaced this with a newer system?

What kind of GPS/MFD do you have? All modern AP's from any brand work very well nowadays. Stick with whatever brand MFD you have. You should be able to control the AP with the MFD of the same brand and you will not need the AP head unit/display

The installed B&G AP works 50% of the time. I suspect it is the compass but at 20 plus years old I don’t think I can find a replacement.
