Axius 496 Bravo 3 Sterndrive--no RPM acceleration

Have Searay Sundancer 370--- When start up, all engine's normal. Idle RPM ok on both engines. When placed into gear (forward), Port Engine will get a CCS message with aural warning that Port Engine POS DIFF with no RPM acceleration. Can't get any engine response when throttle advanced. ONE NOTE: When placed into reverse, I can get RPM rresponse from both engines. Please note that this problem is even there when DOCK mode and associated joystick used Starboard engine works perfect. Not sure if Electronic Shift Control System is the culprit. Any past/associated Engine problems like this?

Do you have an “idle only” button?

Can you activate that and see if you can raise the RPM in neutral on the port motor?
