automatic transmission fluid leaking - searay 210

I have a sea ray 2000 / 210 sundeck / it's leaking ATF into the bilge, don't know where from. Any ideas? are there any technical manuals I can find for this engine, it's Mercruiser 5.0 EFI

+1. Nothing else should have that type fluid and ATF and power steering fluid are very similar.

Like Quint said Power steering, you have a pressure line going to the steering cylinder on the out drive then it comes back through a cooler located near the bottom of the engine then back to the pump. Here is a link showing the power steering pump. Hope this helps.

If I´m not all wrong here, I think that you also have ATF in the oil reservoir for the trim tabs.

Yes you are correct it is. If the tabs are leaking then he should see the ATF close by the tab lines or pump. mysomji check the level in the Tab Reservoir. Also check your trim cyl hose connections

I know this is an old thread, but am curious, did you find your leak? Im looking for one in my boat.
