Who would want these ???. Not me that's for sure.

What a stupid idea. Just think of the cost and complex plumbing involved. Anyone that wants that type of system probably has enough money to have a crew on board. Me, I have 5 bumpers attached to my slip horizontally so I don't have to deploy fenders when I dock.

Refresh or Restart your compu. :smt001. Do you see this one ??.

Ok, I see it now...

Its a neat idea but seems like a major pain in the butt if something goes wrong... Much easier to place them yourself!

If I (or my Galley Wench) ever get to the point where we're too lazy/stupid/illiterate where we can't set the fenders on our boat, then I'm going to sell the boat and take up watching paint dry for a hobby.

That systems looks like another of those solutions to a non-existent problem, and this one sure has lots of places that it could fail.

If you cannot climb out onto the bow of your boat and are single handling the vessel coming into a dock not your own....it is a good feature.

I'm actually considering a set of those. I single-hand more often than not and have a full camper canvas. This makes it very awkward (and dangerous) to climb up and deploy fenders. I've been poking at them through the windshield with a boat hook, but that's not much better.

Edit: I was finally able to see the video. Not what I thought. This is the set I'm looking into
