I bought 2 Klipsch AW-525 outdoor loudspeakers.

I drive them with this amp, Rockford Fosgate P500-2.

The amp is a factory refurbished amp. When I first bought them, we probably turned them up too high, but one way or another, after the amp warmed up, the bass speaker on the left side would "Rattle." On account of it only happening after the amp warmed up, I thought for sure it was an amp problem, so, I had the company send me a replacement. Before I installed it, I figured out that the speaker was blown, so, I sent the amp back in it's original, unopened wrapper and I replaced the speakers (old serial number indicated 2005 production - new one, 2009 production (guessing: 005-0000154 vs 009-0000371)).
Now, after a week, when the amp warms up, the left speaker (new) rattles in the mid range (not bass), even without turning it up very much. It doesn't happen on all songs, just certain frequencies. Volume doesn't matter. The obvious answer is that the amp is bad, right? Did the bad amp cause the first speaker failure? Is the second speaker bad?
Klipsch's have lifetime warranties. They had no problem replacing the first pair. What direction should I take?
