Arch Antenna Connection Point loose

So looks like the plate where my antenna connects to the arch is lose. This is on a 2005 320.
The screws just spin when I try to tighten them. Over time with vibration and such I figure this is normal? Wondering how to attack it? Is there a filler I put in the holes and then re- drill? Start fresh? I don't think putting larger screws would be a short term fix and I would happen again overtime?

one way is insert a toothpick into the hole with the screw?

Remove your arch speaker. They are through bolted with nuts on the backside
