Anyone ever use Injectadeck?

Injectadeck reacts to the moisture left in the core. It acts like a catalyst. I just got done doing my forward deck. It worked like a charm. Follow the directions and you will be fine.
Hint, I used a quarter inch bit, then got 1/4 dowel rod. Inject the hole then a section of the dowel to keep the foam in. Blue tape is your friend, use plenty.

I have a tube left if anyone needs some.

Follow the directions!

Thank you, can I have some details if the foam came out through 1/4 hole , where did you pour the epoxy resin?

It’s a two tube system. As I said read and understand the system. Then read it again. Once you have a good understanding of how it all works it’s fast and simple.

Where is your soft spot?

It's not an epoxy as far as I understand. It's an expanding foam product. It is injected into the voids created by rot and then expands. The risk is too much is injected and it buldges out the deck. Do what dwna1a suggests.

Thanks, I understood now . I meant a different technique, here is a mixture of foam and epoxy.

If you go to the website and watch the videos they explain the system much better than I can here.

My SeaRay had a soft spot from the horn to the forward hatch. I did a staggered pattern of 1/4” holes from the hatch to the horn. My first injection I wished I had used more tape. The second I used much more. After each injection my help placed a section of 1/4” dowel into the hole. My second injection was for a spot I missed and I added to the first in some spots. Now the area is hard as a rock.

Id highly recommended the product

If you need more help contact Scorpio. He was a great source of advice he also has done his.

One more thing, did you find the leak that caused the damage in the first place? It will do no good to fix the spot if there is still a leak. Mine was the horn and the support for my hard top. Sometimes it’s easy to find, others not so much. I had a bore sight with forward and side vision, that’s what worked for me.
