Check out the Luminated speaker rings I manufactured last winter while I was bored, I do a lot of night time crusing down here on the coast, They really kick It a bit, My 280br has six speaker locations, I added a six led ring to each one. I used Memphis Marine Audio 6.5" Coax for my speakers. The rings match nicely with LED curtesy lights , etc. P.S.
I can make these , email me a request.

Slick. One of my dock neighboors bought LED speakers, I think from Walmart. the color comes from the cones and not the circumference as yours appear to be.

How do you power and switch the LED's?

I like the lighting -- it reminds me of blue cabin lighting featured in some of the 2009 Sea Ray boats. I too would like to learn how you powered the lights.

Can you turn the lights off while underway?

I might be interested in some of these, tell me more about them. Wireing, switches, colors, price, etc.

dmalone....

Love them LED Rings! Tell me a little more about them..... It's funny I logged on tonight... I called today to get a price on some of these ( I need 10 of them).... I was qouted just under $500.00... Just for the rings... No lights... Please send me a PM.... And check my link in my signature.... Already got blue LED's throughout.... Just need some rings.....

I can switch them on/off whenever I like, I had two empty switch holes/blank plates . Yep if I am underway anyspeed above Idle and Its not a full moon I have to turn them off! There just to bright to see out otherwise. Upon installation I had ran a 2 conductor wire with a nice and heavy duty jacket to each of the speaker locations, I used three different lines, I paired off the speakers , three lines , 2 speakers for each power line. One switch powers them all.

Thanks
