Been cruising these boards for a few weeks and haven't run into anybody on Lake Keowee.

I know there are tons of Sea Rays on the lake and I'm surprised nobody is here.

If there are, where do you cruise, Dock, etc.

I'm on the south end of the lake and cruise up to the waterfalls/cocktail cove often.

Hi Tim - My wife and I boated on Lake Keowee for 3 years and loved it. We grew from a SR Sundeck, to a 280DA, then to a 320DA. Last May, we moved our 320 to Lake Allatoona here in GA. It's a fun lake - the best part: We in a covered slip - But nothing beats Keowee. The quality of the water; the scenery; etc. Our slip lease is up this April.. the admiral and I are seriously considered moving the boat back. We miss the mountains and the falls :)

We boat there all the time. We usually put in mid-lake at Gap Hill Landing or Mile Creek Park and then spend the weekend on the lake; usually anchoring at the falls. The falls are mayhem during summer weekend days but by nightfall we always have them to ourself and its a wonderful peaceful way to spend the night.

We cruise all over the lake - we'll either go down south to the Keowee Marina or far north to the Cliffs for a pumpout sometime during the weekend - but usually can be found sooner or later at the falls.

We have a '93 230 Sundancer "OffRoad Dancer" and plan to spend several weekends there this summer.

We are on Lake Keowee, at the marina D dock half way down name on the boat is the same

Ryan!!

This is the same Tim that was docked right behind you on Keowee!
How the hell are you? You should come back up we definately miss you guys! Also on Keowee you don't have to worry about the lake levels.

Just got a 280DA and was thinking about Keowee. Our neighbors have some property there so I have visited and my wife and I loved the lake. So clean and nice. I called a marina there (maybe in Seneca) and they didn't have any slips available. I'm in lake Allatoona now. Not bad as it's nice being so close to my boat since I just got her. I live at the base of Kennesaw Mountain. However, my wife and I are considering moving the boat to Keowee after a year or so since we love that lake so much (as long as we can get a slip).
