Any way to stretch shrunk canvas ?

How much did it shrink? Was it just from being cold or from cleaning?
 
It was roled up in the bottom of the hull. It is getting cooler and wanted to put on the winter canvas. It is mostly made of clear vinal with the canvas boarder. Just got the boat in sep. it looks almost new. Don't think it was cleaned but it was pretty cool when I tried to put it on.

Neighbor always has told me to get it on before it gets to cold. He has had to turn on a heater sometimes and warm the canvas up before he could get his on. Can you lay it out in the sun for awhile or get it into a warm area?
 
Hang the canvas, by the zippers. Let it hang in and bake in sun several hours. This should be all you need to do. If you have a set of snap extenders, you might be able to use them to support, and "train" the canvas. You could try a hair/blow dryer, but use extreme caution, as you don't want to burn the eisenglas, or electrocute yourself.
 
Thanks Guys !!!!! :) This is what I did ! I laid it out on the hydraulic lift platform in the sun and wet it down with hot water from the transom shower hose, got it good and hot and with a little bit of a fight got it all on ! :) Thanks again I was thinking I needed to replace it all.
 
I had to do the same thing to my rear canvas today...so you weren't alone
