Any tips on upgrade for electronic throttle controls

I have a 1997 Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge. I'd like to upgrade the current EC-100 Marine Power Commander Throttle Control System to the newer EC-200 system. Does anyone have any information about this? Has anyone done it?:smt100
