Couple years ago I replaced my leaky dometic unit with a marineair 16k BTU. Yesterday while I was trying to prime the pump, after it ran dry for a couple of minute max, I lost power at the display. The unit will not turn on again. I am not referring to the power cycling of the unit when water isn’t flowing, I just don’t have power at all.
The breaker at the panel didn’t not trigger and the gfi outlet seems to be working fine.

Does anybody know what could have given?
Is there another breaker I am not aware of?
The pump seems to be toast but I would like to fix the power issue before I get a new one.

Thank you for your help.
Boat is a 07 320 sundancer.

You can do two things that are pretty straightforward. First, take a voltmeter and check the line voltage on the terminal block in the A/C control box. If you've got voltage there check to make sure the communications cable between the control box and the display did not become dislodged. Check it at the display end as well. If you've got power to the A/C and the comms cable connections are good it is possible that your display is fried. Good luck.
