We just bought our dream yacht and can't wait to start the season. I see many threads for other models; not too many aft cabin/motor yachts. Would love to hear from any of you; perhaps to share some of your thoughts about the yacht, good or bad.

Congratulations! We love our 380AC. I believe the 370 and 380 are the same boat. Good luck with it and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you Jack. Yes it is the same boat and we are so excited to start the season & enjoy her. She is our 2nd Sea Ray and 5th boat. We had a 33" sundancer which was great when the children were smaller but now they are older & want to bring friends with them. We spend 3 day weekends on our boat spring through fall and needed something more live aboard friendly. She is getting a new canvas as the original was still in use! (13 years old) and few other small things. There are very few around up here in Massachusetts for sale especially with diesels. We purchased her in Maryland and sailed her back up here.

Did you just bring her up north this spring?

Yes Sir,
We bought a 1998 370AC which I believe is the same as a 380AC. Only had 95hrs on it. We really love the boat although we have thought some things could have been done better. Such as the Westerbeke 9.5 gen set. Ours runs at 3600 rpm which seems excessive and could be more efficient. Ours seems a little light on power also but I guess the diesels are much better. We have the 380hp Mercs. Glad to see a forum for these boats!!

Hi Jim, yes we have the same exact boat. I can't wait for the season to start up here; still quite chilly to be boating yet. We have a lot of projects to do as we picked her up last fall so we are rather busy. Sorry I can't help you with your gph question.........

We have our 370 AC ON Lake Powell in Az.& Ut. Would like to know the correct props for this altitude ( 3700 ft. ). Engines are Mercruiser 7.4L
