Antifreeze in Bilge

I heard today that the price of gas (for cars) this summer will be over $5/gal... I wonder who I could blame for the gas prices? I know when Bush was president he took the blame for the $2/gallon gas... I don't know if I will be able to afford to go... As of now we aren't going, but we may change our minds if we have the $$$$ for gas... We do plan on going to NYC with Ron and gang...

You could always pick up an antifreeze tester from NAPA to determine if it is diluted.

You could always pick up an antifreeze tester from NAPA to determine if it is diluted.

That's a good idea but I am looking at this boat to purchase and don't have access- right now it's the owners issue!
