Hi, My anti-slip is pretty worn out and getting slippery, I want to add more grip to it without having to repaint the whole hull to match the color. Has anyone ever used a clear anti-slip paint? If not what options do I have? Thanks in advance

Not sure what you are refering to... bottom paint or anti-skid on the deck (walking surfaces)?

There's lots of options out there from spraying new gelcoat to painting. Painting can done with one part paints and two part paints with the 2-part ones being longer lasting.

I've used Pettit EZPoxy a number of times (1-part) and have been really happy with it. I think it's probably about the best you can get without stepping up to the 2-part stuff. I've used different additives over the years, but most recently have been using "Soft Sand" and I REALLY like that stuff. DO NOT use regular sand - regardless of what someone on a forum somewhere might say.

As far color... the easiest solution is to use a contrasting color. Possibly a light tan or light grey. I have never heard of "clear" - you would see the non-skid additive. Mask off the area that is currently NOT non-skid and paint only the non-skid area.
