So for those that know my situation that Sea Ray/Brunswick Corp have been heavily involved in my issues know that my boat was repaired at the end of last season. SeaRay Corp is still helping and going above and beyond.

My Microwave died sometime this season. Worked last year but I didn't notice it till I tried to use it for the first time on July 4th Weekend. Well it happen to be the Sylvania .5 cubic feet type which is only 9 3/8 inches high. You cannot buy a new microwave on the market with that height dimension currently. All the news ones are .6 cubic feet and at least 10 1/8 inches high. This is a problem as the hieght of the opening for this space on the boat is only 9 7/8 inches. So after 2wks of searching I called my Brunswick Recovery Lead Rep and she looked around and did some research to see if the cutout from my 06 differed then the current and which type of microwaves they use now, etc... In the end they ended up sending me a brand new Sylvania microwave that I had before. It does have a August 07 Production date (My old one was a July 06) as these mircowaves are not made anymore, but she got me one and I don't have to modify the opening where the microwave sits. Brunswick has gone out of there way many time for me to help in situation that they don't really need to, but they are making it right by the issues I did have before. But in this situation I think they really went above and beyond.

So this is just another Customer service story that SeaRay and Bruswick goes above and beyond.

Great story! Just one more reason we like our Sea Rays!!

I had a similar situation happen this year. The bottom step of my cabin stairs was unstable. It turned out the welds on the support struts were breaking. I contacted my local Sea Ray dealer who forwarded my information to Sea Ray. Sea Ray replaced the steps free of charge. Nice to see they stand behind their products!

How does one get a Brunswick Recovery Lead Rep?

Lucky or UNLUCKY due to the situation I had last year with the boat which is well documented here. I must say Denise (Lead Rep) and Robert (SeaRay Support Manager) have been a pleasure to work with. Its nice that they understand that if I am contacting them its because of an issue and they understand they are in the business to help.
