Hi all. Been lurking here for a few months while waiting for the deal to go through. Finished up everything last month and we're the proud owners of a "new to us" 2005 280DA.
We took advantage of the great weather on the Chesapeake last weekend to take her out and start getting familiarized with everything. Been boating for years but this is our first one with twins (4.3 MPI's) and over 8' longer than our other boat. (We decided to skip the 2, 4, and 6 ft-itis). So we're on the low side of the learning curve but plan to spend every free moment "in training".
We love the 280 so far and this forum has provided a wealth of info. Looking forward to sharing experiences and maybe meeting up with some fellow CSR members in mid bay area
