So wifes school had an incident. This stuff is getting ridiculous. A group of 4 or 5 girls (not boys wanting to be girls, etc) were getting ready to leave class. One girl was finishing up and the others were distracting her so the teacher said to the others 'leave her alone so she can finish up'. All the girls turned on the teacher and backed her into a corner screaming at her saying 'I can't believe you f'in said that. You can't call us her or she'. The teacher was in fear for her safety and the students told her they were going to get her fired. The girls left slamming the door and punching and kicking lockers. The mothers went to the board to complain. The Superintendent was asked about it and he yelled at the board telling them the teacher did nothing wrong. So far nothing has happened but the girls were disciplined.
But this is getting ridiculous

I would get so fired….. I am going to stick with spoiling my grandkids…. Might not be as fun…. But should keep me out of jail

My wife works in a dental office. A man and his teen aged child came in , my wife asked the questions about medical history. When she asked if “HE” had any allergies the shit hit the fan. She was yelled at and reprimanded by the father. She had to go to sensitive training.
I think the father needed a good old fashioned beating for the way he acted.

I tell my kids teachers and their bus driver. If my kids are disrespectful in any way let me know and I will take care of it immediately. I don’t care if their teacher is a liberal pos. They don’t deserve to be treated disrespectfully by their students.

Yup. They receive money from these leftist organizations pushing this garbage of gender identity, climate change / the world is going to end, capitalism is bad, etc. It has leaked it’s way into private institutions because of another entity being lobbied by the same groups - the Department of Education.

Indeed. Plus, back in grade/middle school, we got paddled. Double whammy. One at school and one at home.

I missed something here, what pronoun was the teacher supposed to use, it, they or only refer to the student by name? Maybe what this country really needs is a catastrophic event that affects every last one of us. One so grave that even these little snot nosed, smart ass children can comprehend as being transformational and we get back to teaching and respecting the golden rule. Something has to give here. If I were at that school board meeting I would point out to every one of them what is happening in Ukraine, a very real problem for several million people that don't have the luxury of worrying about what pronoun is used while being addressed!
