Well at least I know when I am driving my XC 90, if a plane hits me, I'll come out relatively unscathed.

Why is the SUV driver dumb? He was driving down the street and a fcking airplane hit him.

I think I might see this as a no fault accident. Point at where the SUV came in the path of the plane, nothing the plane could do, prob didnt even see the SUV underneath. SUV could have stopped at stated area, checked, didn't see the plane because of hill or trees and thought coast was clear. Who knows on this one. I would think there would be a better place for a PUBLIC ROAD!!!!! Glad no one was seriously hurt. I do see this being used in a Volvo commercial of some sort...haha.
