The big show is this weekend 10/16-10/19.

Who's going?

I see that our esteemed admin/host Jim has a booth again this year. I'll have to swing by and say hello again.

I will be going on Friday to avoid the crowds and actually sit down with the sales people and discuss the possibility of buying a new boat.

Also, definitely have to see all the latest and greatest stuff that we may need for next year.

I am sure its going to be a great show.

Hopefully, the finance people and incentives make it worth the trip we shall see

Chief,

Sent you a PM. I am going tomorrow solo...VIP day is the day to go (no crowds at all). If you want to hook up give me a call.

Josh

I think I am going up on Friday. Not sure though. I have three boats all ready. But maybe there will be a good deal or two to be had.

I am going Sunday, rain or shine! Have to go to Vegas rest of the week for business (Poor me!), but flying home Saturday night. I'll probably be a mess from the time changes, but don't want to miss the show, especially the tent exhibits.

We'll have a booth full of electronics and a cool new product we are launching (lunarledlights.com) and we'll have a 21' Bristol Harbor in the water. I'll have a cooler full of water, beer and soda too, so please stop by to say hi and don't be afraid to ask for drink. I'll have some csr burgees too. I have about 100 that need new homes

We will stop by and see you Jim... not sure what day yet! (that means keep the beer cold)

Went to the Annapolis show Yesterday (Friday) and not too crowded. A lot of sales people hangin around each other. Had more sales people ask me whats it going to take to get you out of the my Sea Ray and into their boat. Of Note: Interest rates were not that great considering the Fed just lowered the Fed rate. The new Sea Ray 350 is a sweet boat, recommend a must see.

All in All good show

Craig

Had a great time at the show dreaming of ways to own some of those 50+ footers that my son and I visited:) The show didn't seem as crowded to me as in years past.

Jim was a gracious host at the BOE booth and I walked away with a slightly lighter wallet and both a handheld VHF and a CSR burgee.

Can't wait till next year. This time of year on the water in Annapolis is just simply beautiful.

I was there on Saturday. Most of the day was OK; windy but nice except when the clouds rolled in in the evening. Could have been warmer!

I thought it was pretty busy. I looked at the Sundancer 240 and 270 with interest, and walked on the others just to dream. I didn't like the layout of the 240 at all. Did SeaRay get rid of the 260 Sundancer? Not that I can afford new, but...it's interesting to see what is available.

Best of show for us? The Larson 260 Cabrio. Nice looking boat, arch, great cockpit layout, very versatile (double captains chair pivots, sun lounger on port side folds flat, rear seating folds up and out of the way, inset spot for a cooler on starboard side). Cabin was also well layed out; mid-berth did not seem claustrophobic at all in comparision to most others of this size. Integrated microwave -and- coffee pot. Anyway...

Made q quick stop by the BOE booth as the rest of the family keep going, but Jim musta been taking a break. Guy named Jack was there instead...
