My HTC Incredible is failing and its time to replace it, any thoughts, opinions?

The Ipad has been nothing short of awsome. MM

As witnessed at the Homecoming event!

Personally, I've had far fewer problems with my Driod than friends with iPhones. My phone's screen is a little bigger. They both basically do the same things. If you are an "i" guy(iPod, iTunes, iPad) then seamless integration might be of value to you. Otherwise, there are ways to get your iTunes onto your droid phone or tablet.

I hear the Galaxy s3 is awesome, we are an "I" home 4- IPhones , Ipad for the boat, two Imac's and NEVER a virus or problems. All of our calendars, photos, etc, are synched automatically to all the phones. Just very user friendly for all devices.

I have the galaxy3s and it awsome. Very fast. Reliable and has a huge screen. It makes the iphone useres very jelouse.

It depends... if you are already a droid user then your apps will auto transfer. with the google integration your calender will also transfer. its all in what your used to using or if your willing to try an iphone. all good phones imo so pick what your comfortable with.

I recently upgraded from from a IP4 to an SIII, didnt last three days befoe I returned it. Rear mounted speaker, cheap overall feel to me, way too busy on an interface and way too much Google. It also sucked battery power like mad on LTE and takes a long time to charge from a car or computer USB port. It is a nice screen and its a fast processor, but for me its a little large overall. If all I did was stare at it 12 hours a day it would be the thing to have though, the larger screen is easier on the eyes for sure, but I use the phone mostly for a phone and occasional web surfing.

I had an IP5 for a while when they first came out, I really liked it but I had two bad ones on a row, one screen died and the other the WiFi didnt work unless it was 2 feet from the access point. I'll struggle with my IP4 for a couple more months until they straighten out the iphone 5 and pick up another. Or maybe they will come out with the iPhone 6 by then :)

If you work for a company where you want to sync your work email, check with them before you decide. Our company only supports iPhone because we need to have solid encryption and the iPhone has hardware based encryption. Being seemless with work is good for me.

I had a similar thread to this over the spring/summer. There were plenty of good responses there too. Do an advanced search and you should be able to find it if you are interested. I obviously went with the iPhone!

Thanks Mike! I didn't know how to do that from my phone!

Had three iPhones, the last being an iPhone 4. Cut the cord and went with a Samsung Galaxy S2, and never looked back. If you can, go for the S3....which is even better.

After 3 iPhones, that last being the very disappointing 4, I decided to try something new. I went with the Samsung Galaxy S3 and am very pleased with the decision. Great screen and has the aps I need. Battery life was poor at first until I tuned my settings to be more reasonable. It's already had a few pretty significant drops on concrete and has held together well even though it has the thinnest, least protective half case I could find.

Bought it about 2 weeks after the iPhone 5 release to make sure I considered both and am still happy with the decision.

Left the iPhone after having 3 of them. My wife has the 5 and loves it. I always jail broke my iPhone so I went with the S3 and really like it a lot.
