Well, I will change my status to "boatless" today as my 220 gets new family. Lots of good times with the family with her.

SO, now we can really get down to business locataing our new cruiser!

Funny story, the guy I sold it to said he looked at Chuck1's 240 and liked it. but said he told his wife he could tell just by the way he talked about Ms Judy that he loved his boat alot. Said he would feel bad to take away his boat!!

Oh I know. If I watch the news too much I lose my nerve for spending any money at all! I certainly hope things start to pick up for you Chuck. I know all the investors are picking up all the 30K and less houses down here and fixing them up to flip or rent. I am currently working on one the owner picked up for 14K and another for 28K. Less than a nice car, who would have thought?????

Yep, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on a corner lot fenced for 14K. and another is 3 bedrooms with a split foyer and a full basement for 28K in a neighborhood. Nice but older.

Both need about 20K worth of work but still he will walk away with double or darn close to that on his money. I just want the work so I can feed all my guys families!:thumbsup:
