I've gotten to the point where I try not to anchor near other people anymore. this just confirms it

I think the fuel filler is on the other side... that would be the holding tank. I'm sure that fella' leaves the cap off while he's cooking for a reason! Maybe the sewage hides the smell of burning fiberglass and whatever's on the grill there! lol

Nope, that is his fresh water filler tube, not his waste pump-out. I tried - but I can't even find a punch-line in that one.
