Hello, on my new to me 550 Sedan Bridge the anchor was changed to a nice stainless steel anchor. I like the anchor and the look. However, it is the wrong size because the point hits the bow and marking up the gel coat. I knew this when I bought the boat and it was pointed out at the time of the survey. I would really like to keep the anchor, so my question is, does anyone know of a stainless steel plate to mount on the bow for protection or a separate option was to move the bow roller forward about 3 inches. The roller is held on with 6 bolts and if I move it forward I can still catch the 6 bolts, is there a reason I am over looking on why not to move it forward? As always I appreciate the input. I attached a picture.
