Find your windlass model. Look there for accessories. Exact replacements could well be easily available.
For example, our windlass is from Lofrans and Imtra is the U.S. importer/distributor. New switches available from Imtra, or they'd be able to steer to retail dealers too.

These switches corrode frequently then do not operate. I removed and cleaned them on my 2001 then coated with dielectric grease. Not easy to get to the aft one but doable! Lots of info on the net and you tube videos.

I had a 99 340 and I am 83.6% sure they had the same foot switches as my 400. Below are the stainless units I installed on my 400 a year or two back, a very easy swap. They sell white too but the SS is a great upgrade...

Direct replace on the 340 is the Imtra one. 74 bucks a pop.
