I lost the anchor on my boat and have t replace it. It's a 2004 320 Sundancer. Can anyone help me with specs such as anchor weight and rope and chain dimensions? Would be greatly appreciated!

the 320 parts list show a "25lb plow anchor", 25 feet of 5/16" chain and 200 feet 5/8" rope
Make sure you get a Kodiak anchor or chances are it will not seat properly in the anchor chute. Something about these way these were mounted, at least on many 2000's models of Sundancers, don't allow proper fitment of other styles. Yours would definitely have had a Kodiak from the factory.

Anchor LINE, not rope...
As Jason said, get the right anchor for your chute or you will have real headaches and more out going dollars..

That's too funny. So since you said that I looked up mine and it said "ROPE NYLON ANCHOR LINE". I always heard rope becomes line once it leaves the dock...

So you buy rope at the store, then when it leaves the dock it becomes line but if you attach it to an anchor it becomes a rode.

Make sure you buy a compatible chain with your windless, it is not just size but the type of chain. Look in your windless manual, otherwise you will destroy the windless.

Thanks for the info guys. Contacted Southcoast and looks like they can set me up with the Kodiak. Rope/line/chain still looking for but will consult windlass manual. Thanks gain or the tips! Moving the boat to the AL coast this Spring and trying get everything in order.
