I am in the market for a new (to me) rigid hull inflatable dink. Approx 11' with 25-30HP remote steering with helm. Most I've looked are fiberglass hull, but I've also come across an AB brand with aluminum hull. It is similar to the same model in fiberglass hull except the aluminum is approx 165 lbs lighter. Any ideas of pros/cons of aluminum vs fiberglass. I am in primarily fresh water 90% of the time. Main plus I see is no worries of chipping glass when dragging ashore or in shallow conditions, and if course the weight difference. Thanks
