I have a 340 Amberjack, 8.1 Litre Horizons. I have the ported exhaust outlets that come out of the back of the boat, not ported UNDER the boat. I have always had ALOT of steam coming out of both engines. Temps are fine, Manifold and Risers are fine, no oil in water, it would almost look like a Blown Head Gasket but not loosing water, engines are running optimal with temps in the 160's.

Is this normal?

Yes. It's more apparent under certain conditions: High humidity, low temps, favorable winds...

Is it really humid right now in your area? Some steaming is normal especially when cooler or humid. But it could be symptom of a worn impeller and not enough water flow or restriction.
