It's been a busy week. I've spent a few days from morning until night working on the boat.

Washed, wet sanded, compounded and waxed the hull.
Stripped and recalled the rub rail and swim platform.
Hung the new canvas and got most of the snaps installed before it started raining.
Replaced the anodes.
Installed the new props. Yay! 4 blades.
Installed the new dash panels.
Installed the remote control for the radio.

Looking good! Love the new dash. It rained all day today..totally interfered with my prep schedule.
Finally the marina came to life on Saturday. Everyone working and hanging out. Great day.
Hope you found your new dinghy..now I need one.

I bought an outboard. I'm working on the boat.

Saturday was nice. LOTS of people around. I took advantage of my new camper top and did some inside work today.

How are you coming along?

Thank you.

I'm not sure if it's factory, but this is how I bought it. I doubt the last owner changed them. He didn't do much to the boat.

Looking good man!! I love the new dash too! That's also one of the many things on my to do list. Someday.....

I'm close...just have to Polish the Starboard side and done. Tried the Shurhold Buff Magic and Pro Polish, came out great! I'll be ready for May 6th. Just have to remember to install the plug.

Anxious to hear how props work for you. Mine are working very well. Went out in Boston Harbor yesterday and even the admiral noticed the difference. Didn't loose any top speed in fact I increased by .2 mph. 42.3 mph!! Your dash looks great. maybe next year for me on that. Good luck! Rob

I'm anxious to see how the new props work too.

The dash came out great but it was a lot more work than I anticipated. Man, there are a LOT of wires back there!
