Air Filter on 4.3 V6 2005 185 Bow Rider?

I got my oil analysis back today and it showed high silicon. I am looking for an alternative to the stock flame arrestor. Does anyone have any good options that fit the stock carb? I have see a few just bolt on old style filter/cover assemblies but what do you do about the crank case lines that connect to the stock flame arrestor? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Here's an article on silicon in motor oil. Apparently there are other sources other than dust.
