Air Conditioning

Hi, this is my first post....... After many boats I have purchased a 1986 Sea Ray 250 Sundance in beautiful shape about a month ago which I absolutely love, this is the best layout I have seen in a boat this size.......

I have a place on my shore power panel with air conditioning marked, I haven't taken off the plate to see if it has a breaker ready for wiring or just empty.........

Has anyone installed A/C or had A/C installed on this or a similiar model? Looking for ballpark cost......

Any infor or thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated....

I helped two friends do the AC install. One on a 268 and the other on a 26' Four Winns. Both were easy but cramped and cost in the $2500 range. We did all the labor.
