Hi there,
Looking to replace the black air conditioning vents (these are the black plastic ones with the movable vents).
Just wondering if anyone has done this and can let me know whats involved.
I am hearing that I might be able to replace them without taking anything apart.

Your help is appreciated.

i replaced one of my vents ( in the forward cabin) as the vent kept snapping shut overnight.. installed a new vent from the local Cruisaire dealer that did not have an open / close flap on it.. Unfortunately you'll likely need to remove some panel to get about 4-5" behind the vent to remove the plastic zip tie around the vent securing it to the duct work. I was able to remove a cherry panel and a few screws to access mine. not sure of your set up, but I would imagine its zip tied to the duct work behind the panel/ siding or whatever you have.

I replaced mine and it was real easy. I had to order the part through the dealer. Can't remember exactly how it went together. But once I had the new part it was very intuitive and easy.
