Advice on a 2009 270 sundancer

My original deal for a 2012 300 sundeck fell through, after a mechanic checked it out and engine was bad.

But I just found a 2009 270 sundeck with a 496 mag. Loaded with all options and trailer. Im taking a look at it thursday. The owner didn't know if it was the Seacore or not, but did say it was fresh water cooled. Was the regular 496 mag fresh water cooled as well, or can I assume that because its fresh water cooled its the seacore?

Any and all options on this boat and engine would be GREATLY appreciated as well as know problems I should be on th e look out for.

I think all of the 496 Mag's that Sea Ray uses in this generation of boats are freshwater cooled. If it's Seacore, the outdrive should say Seacore on it.
