You could swap actuators from one motor to the other.
See if the problem moves to the starboard motor.

Can the actuator be bench tested? I don't recall what the wiring looked like.

Probably could rip it all out and go with mechanical cables
Good thing Sea Ray dosent make airplanes with the same system

It is the shift actuator. Swapped them to prove it. Great idea.

Anyone suggest where I can get one?
