Ace Boating Crocs

I'm sorry guys, I don't care how dry they stay, or how comfortable they are to wear or if they are non-skid and every color of the rainbow.... There is just no way in hell you could make me put those butt-ugly things on my feet. I would rather go barefoot over sharp rocks than put those sponges on my wheels.

There comes a point when style and class has to overcome comfort or....whatever.

I just don't see a pair of Craps....erh, I mean Crocs with a nice pair of Tommy Bahama shorts or shirt.

I'l stick with my Topsiders, all 8 pair of them.

+1 ...I put Crocs up there with sandals and white socks

+2. I understand the utility of these things, but man...talk about out of fashion/vogue/style. The only people I ever see wearing these are 80 year old blow boaters.

All that being said, my wife would tell you I am NO judge of style- period.

a healthy disdain for the most comfy boat shoe out there and a burning desire for fashion and style = a very ripe and phony self image

nothing but crocs on Uncle Buck as we enjoyed the Trent Severn canal this summer...ok, a little lazy with the fenders, but needed to clean them that day.

Jibitz are coolio. Here's my Block Island one. Right next to the smiley face and Nemo. That's what happens when you let little kids pick them out.

Turtle, Get me that girl in the green shirt phone number.

Turtle, How have the Boating Crocs held up? Thanks, JC

The ace boating crocs are the best boat shoe ever. They hold up great. The normal ones not so well, so get the ace boating ones.

You sold your 450DA "beast" for some Croc's? Do you have anymore boat's you want to give away? I have some Sperry Docksiders I might consider for a 68 Lazzara if you know anyone.

Sorry guys. They're still ugly, ugly, ugly. I can't believe that someone who owns a boat as nice as a Sea Ray would put those sponges on their feet. I bet they sell them at WalMart. :smt009

Ouch, I may take that personally! I have a blue pair for me and a pink pair for the Admiral. I always made fun of Croc wearers....really messed with the. Regular Crocs still suck IMHO but the boating Crocs actually grip the deck great, are very light and keep my wife happy....enough said.

Hmm - I think WalMart sells fake crocs (frocs). Like crocs, but made even cooler and more hip by Sam and the gang.

I know people love them. I can't bring myself to wear them. And I'm OK with that.
