I have had my 370 for 3 years and my dealer does my maintenance so I have no idea where my HVAC unit is on the boat. I have looked under the v-berth and under every other hatch.
Does anyone know how to access the unit

Turn it on and listen for the compressor hum - that'll get you close. On my boat I could't locate it at first, but finally discovered that it was in a void behind the dinette seat/storage - only accessible by raising the stairs (and the bottom of three steps is fixed so you have to know to raise it by the 2nd stair). The advantage of such a placement is the system is quite a bit quieter than ones under a V-Birth or Dinette/Couch.

Also, the cooling water exit fitting is usually quite close to the A/C unit if you check its location while running the air.

Good Luck!

On my 330, it was behind a panel, in the cabinet (where the DVD player is) under the TV in the mid-berth. You may want to try that area. If not, and you know where the water flows out your hull, the unit is likely inside, nearest to the thru hull.

If you are still confused on how to access the HVAC unit, I would advise you to consult some professional who have deep knowledge about the field. They can give you the clear steps on how to access your HVAC unit. Some of the professionals I know are heating Bergen County NJ, DB heating and cooling, and GRC mechanical. You can go with this option or else can choose some more reliable way to get your problem solved.
