accessing fresh water tank on 1988 sundancer 300

looking for advice on gaining access to fresh water tank on my 1988 300 dancer
I cant get to some of the screws that hold it down was thinking I have to cut access panel into a couple of pieces to remove. any advice would be helpful. I have a leak and need to get to tank to find out where its leaking

Have you tried removing the wall of the aft cabin next to the water tank? I haven't removed my water tank but I did take that wall out to determine the source of a leak and it looks like the water tank would be easy to remove that way. Are you sure the tank is leaking? In my case the cushions in the aft cabin were getting wet and when I took the wall apart I was able to see the water leaking down from the water tank hatch and running down the wall. I'm still trying to find a good solution to the problem.

So i removed the the wall in the aft cabin and was able to access tank came out pretty easy. some how there were two loose screws under the tank and one had punctured it. I epoxied the tank and reinstalled
all good now thanks for the advise T
