Access to Solenoids

This is a follow-up to my earlier post. Subject boat is a 1982 36' SRV. I need to replace the solenoids that service the anchor windlass (shown in attached pic). Problem is they are located in the overhead of the chain locker and the access panel (a mirror) is way too small- can't even see them. Can someone suggest how to remove and replace these solenoids, short of removing a bulkhead?

Small person to climb in? I had to go into an archer locker on a 26' regulator.
