access to instraments

I have a 1998 370 da and I was wondering if there is access to the back of the dash from inside the cabin the only access I see is a small door down below the steering wheel and it looks like it would be pretty hard to get in there and the gauges are hi up on the dash there's a large panel in the cabin that would give access to the back of the dash but I don't know if it can be removed or not

Not sure about access from the cabin... there are some members here with your boat that will likely chime in. I usually access gauges through the gauge panel itself.

On my 250 the panel in the head justs lifts up & out.

my access is from the head, which is forward and below the helm..there's a access door there..
