For some reason my "AC Converter" Braker Switch keeps tripping. I have not been able to identified when it does. I always have the AC Converter switch on "ON" at the AC Panel to charge my batteries and to make sure my DC components can us shore power AC when at the marina.

Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but from my understanding this should not happen.

What kind of charger do you have? I had the same problem on my 310 last year. I never figured it out. I just kept re setting the breaker and it has been fine since. I was ready to call Promariner since the charger was brand new. Keep us posted.

Circuit breakers do go bad. I've had to replace several over the years.

Your problem could be assosiated with the charger, wireing or circuit breaker but takeing into consideration safty and cost I would check the breaker first and then move to the charger. Keep us posted on the problem im curious to find out if you solve this problem!

It seems the breaker is tripping when I turn on the generator. Not sure yet...

What sequence of events are you doing when you (or before you) start the gennerator? The generator battery should charge from the running generator. If the generator starting battery is getting current from the on-board 120v charger AND the running generator it may create an issue with the breaker (opening the circuit to prevent damage to the charger. - Just a guess. Keep us posted.
