? About ICW

Does anyone know if the 480 Sedan Bridge will make it down the ICW, what about a low bridge in Illinois ? I really don't know , and the wife actually mentioned it the other day!!!!

I don't think the ICW goes through the land of Lincoln. If you are thinking the Loop, there is a loop website and blog with Trent and Illinois bridge height information.

Yes, it will clear the bridges on the ICW. The fixed bridges are 65'. The lower bridges will open to let boat traffic pass through.

Most boats heading down the loop stop in Hammond prior to leaving and lower arches, antenna and anything else to clear those bridges.
