A refreshing perspective, and from California

Don’t get me wrong ..I would have loved to believe it true also. Just because something fits the narrative that would make our lives better though, doesn’t make it true. I do think there has been an overreaction and that there is a better way of going about this. That has nothing to do with what the two in the video said though.

Maybe an extreme comparison, but I’m sure Goebbels justified his censorship because “it didn’t fit the narrative”.

As asinine as other “experts” think their conclusions are, the statements should never be censored.

I have listened to and read some pretty whacky garbage over the years that was not censored. Must be a line in the sand or we will pay dearly for it later.

All you need to look at when deciding who to listen to or believe sometimes is what the provider of the information has to gain by propagating their narrative. The politicians may be sincere in their belief that the lock down is preventing deaths or infections but they have their jobs and paychecks and they need to be needed. The two Docs just pointed out the holes in the strategy and other than getting patients to return to the clinics they own and receive the care they are postponing, they don't seem to have any thing to gain personally.

Things are starting to get real here in CA, Modoc County up north has just announced that they are opening their economy against the Governor's orders. They will request that businesses choosing to open use common sense sanitation and distancing protocols at their discretion. Orange County among others are going as far as suing the Governor for mandates against their economies. Today a small diner in a small foothills community opened their doors and closed early because they sold out. Place is so small that they could not maintain distancing but realized the local numbers are so insignificant that it was worth the risk. Looks like the beginning of the end is here at last. Sure more people will get the Covid and a few may die. That's sad but unavoidable. There is no way to live life with 100 percent certainty of safety. Those that are at higher risk and those of us who are not just have to limit our exposure to each other and live life to the fullest, if we don't, what's the point in living at all???
Carpe Diem every one!

This post made me feel good!

People are at the tipping point. Governors will start becoming irrelevant to the people. That will be a game changer
