My A/C fan was hitting the side of the unit as the bushings I believe have failed. I am looking for some help on how to remove the fan. There are screws from the back side. How do you remove these? Do you have to remove the coils? Am I missing something? I attached some pics of the screws that come from the backside. Thanks for your help

Not familiar with the 320 hull but most times, with a narrow beam, it's much easier to remove the entire unit for 5 minutes for a simple part replacement.
I have a decent amount of space to work with. The problem is how to get those screws out. Just want to be sure I'm doing it the right way

It's a large hose clamp between the evap housing and fan assembly. That hose clamp allows the fan housing to rotate for connection to supply hoses and to remove the fan assembly. Some of the larger units have a little support clip between the fan housing and AC unit base; a single screw there. Once you have the housing out then you can look further into the issue.

Mine doesn't have that hose clamp that you have. It does have a 2 small screws. I did remove them but didn't seem to do anything unless it's just stuck

Ah - there's probably a couple of other screws - that should slide right out.

I have the same unit, can see 3 for sure, would need a mirror or smaller hand to see/feel if there is a fourth. Mine is rotated 90 degrees from yours, I see 2 up higher, one low.
