1999 Sea Ray Sundancer 340 with Cruisair A/C unit. My A/C recently stop blowing air through vents. I looked at thermostat and there aren't any error codes. I place my hand over the A/C vent and I can feel cold air but faintly as if the blower is not working. I am assuming I have to replace the blower, but wanted to see if anyone has had this issue previously and if it was in fact the blower.

Is the blower running? They are not quiet.

Does the vent have a dial in the middle to open and close?

Have you performed a system reset? The procedure is in the manual.

No, the blower is not running. That's why I assume it was the blower? And no to the system reset

Are the green lights (red arrow) at the bottom of the thermostat lit up? Maybe the fan was turned off at the bottom of the thermostat (red circle).

Green lights are on as if the blower is on high. I manually turned it lo and then hi and nothing is coming out of the vents. I can feel cool air, but very faintly.

Can you get to the blower? Maybe the fan is stuck or seized or the motor might have gone bad. I'd try the factory reset as mentioned above. If that doesn't fix it, you'll need to break out the multi-meter and see if there is power to the fan motor while the unit is running.

I will try it tomorrow when I go back to the boat and will advise. Thanks for the help everyone !

I believe the blower and compressor are each activated thru separate relays. Sometimes they are interchangeable. If you can swap the relays and the blower runs but the compressor does not you have found the culprit.

Ok quick follow up. The A/C was on but the cabin was hotter than a witch's __. The temperature read 67 on the screen. I turned it off and then on, and nothing. I pressed the fan button and the fan came on but did not blow any cold air. I turned it off, performed the factory reset as suggested by BOATER420 and the system seem to work once I lowered the temperature to 65 from 67. So hopefully that did the trick. I'll be back on the boat this weekend and hopefully the a/c issue is fixed. Thank you all for the assist.
